SLA question - Once an SLA "stops" does it ever start up again?

Sara Nicholson
March 28, 2019

So for example if I have an SLA that measures the time it takes for a fix version to be assigned to an issue and the SLA "Stops" on "Fix Version Assigned" and then the issue doesn't pass testing so the fix version is removed, will the "timer" start again or is the time recorded and ends when the "stop" status is reached?
