Our Project SLA Setting keeps Refresh by itself,
So we have no way to change the First Time Respond or Time Resolution,
Does anyone have an idea to solve this??

@Andhika Pratama Wijaya I am assuming that you are on server. Have you recently made changes, specifically installed or updated an app?

If you have been experiencing this issue for a while I would suggest disabling your apps to see if that is causing the problem.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you mean by the SLA Setting keeps refreshing. Can you describe exactly what is happening the image you show doesn't provide any clue as to the problem as far as I can tell. Are you in the project settings under SLA and seeing something on there? Maybe your image is illustrating that you have a blank page, is that possible? Have you tried a different browser?

Hi @Andhika Pratama Wijaya , I agree with @Brant Schroeder ...check your addons. If possible disable and check. Otherwise reach out to Atlassian support so they can have a look.
