SLA colors !!! URGENT please

Dears,

I am confused about SLA signs colors when SLA is breached as bellow scrren shoot the RED and Orange the SLA is breached but what is the differance ?

Answer accepted

The clock one shows that the SLA breached but is still running as the end condition is yet to meet.

The other one is for SLA that ended but breached.
