SLA Report ALL JSD projects

Is it possible to produce a report including ALL JSD projects, that shows if SLA Time to first response was met or not?

Hello Catrine,

We have built this with VisualScript for Jira.  We are able to create a gauge report for all projects that report on that specific SLA.  You can even do an overall gauge to measure health of all service desks, and then click an expanded view to see the health of each individually.
