SIL PowerActions does not work?

Hi!

I'm new to this plugin and I was testing the functionality according to User Guide but something went wrong?

I wanted to set up a custom dialog button as described here and creating the custom field was fine but when I tried to create a screen script for the button I got the "Routine >>BA_createInput<< is not defined!" error. I thought I was doing something wrong and tried copying and pasting code from the guide page (Examples (v2.0.8+ for Jira 5 and 2.6.1+ for Jira 6) ) but it didn't work either! For some reason none of these routines doesn't work for me?

The guide page doesn't say anything about defining these? 

App version is 4.8.0.5

Jira version is 8.7.1
