We are going to implement Jira SD for business customers "single window", where our internal customers can create all kinds of tickets: change requests, errors, service desk, etc.
We use a single Customer portal, with country-based categories, which is linked with separate SD projects.
The problems we faced with are about sharing and notifications:
In our previous ticket system, ticket permissions and notifications weren't dependent, but in Jira SD we can't find a way how to avoid it.
