Hi There,
When we first set up our Jira SD we configure it in a way in which when a customer raised a SD request and INC will automatically be raise in Jira Ops. This has been working fine until today.
It seems like only certain SD request is raising the INC automatically but not all.
Also when the SD request is updated by a customer (either with a comment, documentation etc) it is not linking with the INC and updating that too...
Would you please be able to give me a hand on how to fix this?
