SD project still showing in Help Center portal after permissions removed

Hi Folks, 

I have removed the Service Desk Customer Portal access from Browse Projects for a specific service desk project as I do not want it showing on the help desk portal. I did this with another project and no issues. This one project still shows in the help desk portal. I have also copied the permission scheme from the one that worked and placed it as the new scheme for the offender. 

Still no luck. 

Any other ideas?

Never mind folks, it turns out it was a remote desktop lag issue.
