SAML AAD Integration downtime and local Jira users.

Hello Team,

Hope you are well!

1. In the manual it says that there will be downtime when binding Jira with AAD using SAML. Will the Jira already created local users and projects be affected and have downtime as well?

2. After the successful integration with AAD, will the jira local users still work? What if we have duplicate names of local users with AAD imported users?
