Rookies' questions of missing basic tags

Hi,

I try out the Jira service management spaces.

Comparing to the 'demo service space' with mine, there're a more tags such as 'Channels & self service' / 'Request management' under the space settings while these are not available in my generated space.

How can i activate them?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

First, let us double check the type of Space you created 

Click the ... button next to the Space name in the navigation panel on the left. In the pop-up that displays what do the last two lines say? It will be something like "Service Space Company-managed". 

The options you mentioned will be available only in a Service Space. If the Space created is not Service, you will have to create a new Space using one of the Service Space templates.
