Restrictions on the number of users in the free package

Hi,

I would like to know if I can rotate in the free package where the number of users is 10? For example, if I have 10 users and I remove one of them, can I add another in its place without changing the package?

Use the default group created to rotate the license

By default, User who are present in jira-software-users are counted towards License and If you remove them from the group they will not counted towards license.

Or you the other option is to go to Users Option in Site Administration and Suspend Access.

This will free the license in Site all the Products.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

Yes you can do that but for Just an FYI Please make sure to deactivate the user before adding new user once you reached to the maximum number of users for free package like 10.
