I am looking for an option to restrict Participant to add other participants to an issue. How can I do that?
Hi @Evert Morren Atlas Admin , are you trying to restrict Customers or Service Desk team members?
You can manage Customer permissions under project settings > customer permissions - Customer sharing.
For agents and other licensed users you can use Manage watchers permission to prevent users from adding Watchers but I do not believe that impacts "Request participants". I believe the later is included under the "Service project agent" permission. So, if the user is to be an agent then they will be able to update Request participants.
