Restrict delete permissions based on Users

I want to give permissions to ' delete '  for Task issue and Sub-task issue types for  two senior developers  only  . Rest of the team member should not able to delete it . How do I hide delete link from other users and make it available to these two users for Task and Subtask issue type.

I have script runner tool with me . 

Please advise.

@Garden16_ I would suggest just adjusting the project roles to meet your needs.  If you are in a company managed project this will be easier as you will have more roles to work with.  

For a team managed project you will need to give them project admin access.  

For a company managed project you can adjust the roles permissions in the permission scheme (You might have to make a copy if other projects are using it) and then maybe give them two roles to accomplish this.  (Developer and Service Desk Team)
