Restrict article viewing to an organisation

I'm using Service Desk, with a linked Confluence space to provide a knowledge base. All articles are visible to all customers.

When I invite new customers to access the help centre I add them to an organisation.

For some articles, I need to restrict access to a single organisation but this does not appear to be possible.

The only way to restrict article access uses Confluence page permissions as described here

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-desk-cloud/docs/overview-of-knowledge-base-access/

Organisation-level articles is a feature of every other help centre I've used (Freshdesk, Zendesk). Given that organisations are a first-class concept in Jira, it seems a big oversight they can't be used to control page access.

Any advice on how I can overcome this limitation?
