I'm currently working on an automation that will update a jira ticket by closing or placing it in pending status.  I'm using CrowdStrike Fusion Soar for my automation.  
I'm getting the following error message

My automation is able to create the jira ticket, however when it is not able to update my ticket that I created.  I have to enter something in the Assignee field or it will error out. I have the correct ID for my account ID. I confirmed this by using my account ID in the create jira ticket portion of my automation.

Hi @Rashard Roberts , welcome to the Atlassian Community.

That error message seems to imply the Assignee field is missing from the Edit Screen associated with the work item you're trying to edit. Are you a Jira Admin? If so, I'd double check the screen settings to ensure the Assignee field is populated.

For good measure, I'd also check the permission settings to confirm the user you're authenticating as to run the automation can assign work, and the user you're trying to assign the work to is an assignable user.
