Resolved requests being shown under "open requests" in Servicedesk

I set up a very small and simple Servicedesk. 

If the Desk-manager changes the requests status to "resolved" or "gelöst", as it is in german, on the customer-side it will still show up under "show open requests", even though its status is now "resolved"

On the issues that you are resolving is a resolution being set?
