Resetting a password ist NOT userfriendly

I am trying to reset my password as it is going to expire.  Please see the screenshot below. How will I know,what is your minimum security requirement for a new PW???, if it is mentioned NOWHERE here.

You'll need to ask the administrators what they have configured for complexity.

Yes, it is annoying that this screen doesn't tell us what has been set up, there is an improvement logged to add a display of the current rules to it.
