Required field in screen mask "Resolve Issue Screen" ?

Is it possible to mark the selected fields as mandatory fields in the “Resolve Issue Screen”? If so, how? I look forward to your feedback.

I assume you are using this screen as part of a Workflow Transition?

In that case, you can add these fields as validators to that transition
