Requests getting hided in Customer Portal

I need to resolve a question.
We have a Customer portal and the view is always being hided and need to use the show detail option anytime and customer/user feels it annoying.

So is there any ways for getting the view "Always show details" like that ?

Is there any way we can vote for this update ?
It would be helpful if there is any update
