As per our logs, we can see a few requests getting 500 Internal server errors from JIRA. We can see Jira-count & Jira-fifo API's getting 500 internal server errors since June month onwards.
Jira-count API gets 500 internal server error after 57 minutes later. And also Jira-fifo api is getting 500 Internal server error after calling the Jira query. Attaching the error logs. Please let us know the reason for this error logs.
