I have created a number of request forms for various issue types. For one of the request forms, I have added required fields that only applies to that specific issue type request form. However, those two fields are now required fields for the other issue type request forms when a customer wants to submit ticket through service portal. When I go into edit forms to remove those fields do not appear. If you require fields for one specific issue type form, does it then require those same required fields on all other request forms?

It shouldn't do, form conditions are specific to each form.
Could you provide more information about how each form is setup? And what error message is received on the other forms?
