We want to have a demo of the Jira service management cloud version capabilities and ad features. How can we get that?

I would recommend that you identify an Atlassian Partner, who should be able to help with this. Here is the directory: https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/ 

You can filter to find a partner that is specialised in IT Service Management as well, but most partners should be able to give you a demo of Jira Service Management, even if they don't have the specialization.
