1. Hello, I would like to know if it would be possible to put queries by default without having to put them in a group. to prevent my clients from searching as default queries. cordially Mr Frédéric Dupont

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, you need the request types to be listed out of groups, is that correct?
If that's not the case, can you give us more details about how would you like customers to search for requests in the portal?

I confirm that I need the request types to be listed outside of groups.

Each request type that is removed from a group will be added to another group that is hidden from the portal, so customers won't be able to find it even searching in the portal.
We don't have any feature request suggesting to use request types outside of groups but feel free to raise one on jira.atlassian.com (project JSDCLOUD) adding more details about why this feature is important for your environment.
