Hi all,
I am currently working on setting up JSM at my organization and noticed something weird.
In this screenshow, the "Set up a Cybersecurity Training" request type is shown twice. I have checked multiple times and can confirm and this request type only exists once in project settings. We are currently in end-user testing and this is causing confusion that I'd like to clean up as we approach launch.
Has anyone seen this before? Do you have any suggestions of what I should check?
This is happening for more than just this one request type so I'd love some advice before I result to nuking the request types that are duplicating and hoping that works.
Thank you!
In your search, it might just be pulling the request types/forms from different projects. Have you gone through all your JSM projects and ensure you don't have duplicates there? You may want to rename them so they don't all look the same.
Hi Alex! Thanks for the response - Love your channel and the Jira Life.
I can confirm that these are not duplicates in the same project nor across projects. They both take you to the same exact request type in the same project.
I also reached out to Atlassian Support about this and they have identified this as a bug and are now tracking it here.
