Request Type

The Request Types that appear in my project are not appearing as usual. Theere is a Request Type called Data Impact which should display Yes and No Options. But its not showing. Where do I add these options. 

Also the Category field should show mutiple options. I am unable to add them.

Hi @Dev Anand Kumar Bharti ,

When you choose Project Settings in your Jira Service Desk project then you get a option Request types. When you choose 'Request types' you can configure the request types.
