Is there any way to add icon for Request Group in Customer Portal?

Unfortunately, this kind of customization is not possible on JIRA yet.

However, there is a feature request raised, for this to be implemented.

I recommend you to add yourself as a watcher and vote for the request. Besides that, you can leave comments there, helping the developers to know your needs.
