I am trying to get a report with the actual response time and resolution time. they are visible on hover however when exporting the data I can't find it anywhere so I'm thinking maybe some advanced search may be required.
Those are calculations and not fields in Jira so they are not available to export. If you export your data you can of course calculate in excel based upon create date and resolution dates.
