Is there a way or a report to find out of what the customer used to raise a Jira ticket.
Via Email, via customer portal or initiated by Agent
You can find them using JQL. request-channel-type
request-channel-type = Jira, for tickets created by Agents
request-channel-type = Portal, This will show all tickets created from customer portal. It will contain customers and agents if they have created ticket from portal
request-channel-type = Email, for tickets created from email
