Reporting - list number created requests by reporter

Hi,

I'm trying to set up some reporting for a helpdesk demo, and I'd like to be able to show the number of requests created by individual reporters. Is there any way natively to do this, or are there specific add-ons that can provide this functionality?

It's an internal helpdesk, and this report would help identify users that have the most issues, so we know where to focus support and training resource.

Hi Karl, welcome to the Community. I would refer you to using a Dashboard where you can present data via various gadgets. Here is a good read on this - what-is-a-jira-dashboard 

For example if you want to 'measure' # of tickets by reporter you might choose a pie chart or maybe a 2-dimensional chart. Let me know if this helps or if I can be of further assistance.
