Under customer notification, Public comment added is enabled for customer notifications.
Reporters are not receiving an email.
This causes me two issues.
1. the not receiving emails bit.
2. I cant check that the email will contain the attachment added with the comment.
Whilst checking the email content; I noticed there wasn't option to include the attachment added in the comment.
So the To says Customers Involved.
Apparently Reporter is not included in that ! Added Reporter (Customer) and it works,
Now how do I include the attachment?
