We have noticed a pattern that when we receive help tickets from "yahoo for android" users the Reporter shows the email that they are sending the help tickets to vs the reporter's email address. So when we respond to the issues, the reporter is not getting our response (they are also not getting a confirmation email that their ticket was received).
This is not an issue with most tickets, it appears to just be happening with ones that say "yahoo for android" at the bottom so we are guessing the issue is specific to a particular app.
