We have about 25 organizations with approximately 10 to 15 customers each that access their issues via the customer portal.
We would like to give our customers the ability to pull various reports and stats themselves. Examples of these would be "Open vs Resolved", or to be able to pull a list of issues based on a custom filter.
Can anyone offer advices on an Atlassian product or 3rd party product that would assist us in giving our clients this extra flexibility?
Currently I just know add-on to share the dashboards filtered by organizations via customer portal.
