I'm standing up a new Project to streamline our Customer Solutions and Services team processes, and am running into what I believe is an issue.
I've sent in a couple of test emails to the default email address and see them come through the project without issue. I believe I have all of the settings configured to allow a "Reply to Customer" response in the activity area, but when I respond there I'm not seeing an email get back to the email address that sent in the request.
Hoping for any help! Is it possible Jira is recognizing myself as the same user (by email address) that sent in the test ticket?
