can't find any useful stuff about this:

Is it Possible to replace the parsing marker "—-—-—-—" in jira generated mails by a custom one?

It's possible to edit the HTML and CSS for customer notifications, so you can remove this marker.
Please, go to the Project settings > Customer notifications > Edit template.
