Repen a Resolved status JIRA logs

Pavithra_UST March 5, 2018

Hi Team,

I've created a new ticket and resolved the log today's.

In JIRA there are two conditions set up to reopen the ticket. Condition as below,

1) Only users in any of following groups can execute this transition: CM+TestingSuper User

2) The field First Resolved will have to be less than or equal to value '7d'. Compared as Number.

My log satisfies both conditions (ie)

1) My user is comes under CM+Testing

2)Resolved data is today's date.

But still I'am not able to see the REOPEN button in my log. Could you please help on this.

Thanks,

Pavithra

It seems to be a trouble with First Resolved field. Could you provide more information about it:

  • type of field
  • value of field into given issue

Dear Vasiliy,

Thanks for reply. As you suggested, I have updated the picture of FIRST RESOLVED filed conditions.

First resolved - is it a number or date field.

If it is a date field, then try to select some kind of date into comparison type. Because -7d is something more relating to date, not to a number.

First resolved is shows like below,

Also I've checked the comparison filed, only have 3 fields as string, number and option ID.
