Rename a project

prh June 3, 2020

I'm new here and am slowly getting used to the Jira Service Desk.

I have encountered the following problem:

The first newly created project was automatically named "External Service Desk". After changing it to a more appropriate name, it was displayed everywhere.

But unfortunately the new name was not transferred to the generated service website. So there the headline is still "External Service Desk" instead of the new name.

How and where can I change this?

I look forward to constructive answers!

Hi,

If you go to the project -> project settings -> Portal settings, you can change the name in there.
