I have removed users from our JSM Projects that were migrated from Halp. Can you advise me on the next step in the process as these users are still able to submit tickets.

What steps did you follow to remove the users from the project?
How are the users creating issues? Are they doing it by sending emails? Are they using the JSM Customer Portal?
Do the users have licensed Product User access to your Jira instance or Customer Product Access?
