In our knowledge base we have labeled the articles to show in the servicedesk portal, but it seems that it is not working, even the articles without labels is showing?
We have as well achived som and the also shows up?

i have recently found that archiving in confluence doesn’t work as expected. Certainly not the same way as Jira archiving.
we archived some migrated spaces. They disappeared from the spaces list shown to users. But any one with links to the spaces could access and continue working on them. It caused us lots of confusion and extra work. Eventually we exported them and deleted the spaces.
I suspect the knowledge base searching is hitting the same issues.
