I've an issue when I can try to remove or revoke customer access from Jira Service Desk.
My Jira customer option:
Portal access: Open
Customer can create account? NO, only agent and admin
This is my customer view:
Now, after see many time the Jira manual in this admin section I don't see any Portal-only view voice:
So, after some check I found this group where I found the portal-only customer typo:
BUT, there are not the 2 users of the first picture (the 2 users in this group are not the same of the first picture).
SO, my questions are:
1) Where I can find the customer that they have created after our invitation?
2) How to remove/revoke jira service customer access?

Within Administration that the following steps:
Perfect, finally! the doc should be updated with this step! It's very frustrating lose many times to follow the wrong way by the actual doc.

I've already checked the second one and tried many time, BUT there are not any Portal-only customer voice (as I shown previously by picture)
then, the first one.... These 2 people are NOT present in the list (people and access)!
That's why it's very strange, those customers are present in the customer list BUT nowhere else! I can't find these users in any admin/space/site users menus!
