Hi,
We are currently on the Jira Service Management Free Tier and we are struggling to remove Customers from the Customer list in the project sidebar. We have removed them from the Space Settings > Access > People and Access but we still see their information in the Customer list.
We've tried looking through Jira docs but it looks outdated for the old UI and our administrative control is limited due to Free Tier.
The customers signed up through the portal not licensed. We cannot find where the Portal-Only customer settings are. They are no where to be found in the Administration. I am the org admin.
Can anybody help with this? This new UI is frustrating.
Hi Isaac,
Here is the guidance for deleting a customer from your instance.

Welcome the community. I agreed with @John Funk reference. One thing can you clarify for us - What do you mean by "our administrative control is limited due to Free Tier"?
Best, Joseph

Hi,
I was able to find what I was looking for.
It seems like with all of the UI changes in Jira, the documentations are not consistent with new names in the UI which lead me to believe I had less administrative control in the free tier.
Thanks,
Isaac
