Hi,

This is my challenge.

I have 6 service desk projects:

3 - Customers/accounts are added manually by us.

1 -Internal project, available for all staff.

2 - Projects open to everyone, this should be exclusive to manage via email. Customers send emails and receive case notifications.

BUT...

I can see my 6 projects in my portal.

I need to remove the 2 projects open to everyone, keeping the feature to send emails to create cases.

This should be very easy but can't find a solution.

Can you help?

Hi @Humberto Gomes ,

This is currently a feature available within Cloud when viewing the portal home page and selecting Customize > Edit home page layout and selecting which portals to keep hidden.

Hide portals from your help center

Unfortunately, none of the documentation I've seen suggests that this same feature is currently available in on-prem instances.
