I've created a new project, "MDU BOM + Change Orders" and when viewing one of tasks that were logged (on the Views section of the project) it displays "Knowledge base" and "Priority" within the details section. How do I remove these?
This is a service management type project.
If I go into project settings > Screens and modify the screen. Priority and Knowledge base are NOT shown here. Yet when viewing the task on the project, it shows that within the details section of the task. I do not know where to remove this since it's not displayed within the screens section of project settings.
I can also go to jira settings > Work Items > Screens > CD: Jira Service Management Screen Scheme (scheme I am using on the project) > edit > this shows the same display as when I am within the project settings > Screen
Go to the project settings and go to Request Management, Request Types, go to the work item view for each request where you want to edit the issue layout.
There you can remove the fields.
I have added screen shots showing the view when navigating to that section of the project settings. As you can see it's not displayed there but on the project task view, it is showing those

Hi @Chris Higginbotham , thanks for posting your question. In your first screenshot, you're showing the "Request form" tab -- that's what the Customer will see, right? And in your second screenshot, you're showing the "agent" screen. I wasn't clear from your post if you also checked the "Work item view" tab/screen -- that's where the fields are that the agent sees (which you probably know), and that's where you'd remove those fields, if possible. Here's a little more detail for what @Marc - Devoteam said:

So if the Knowledge base and Priority fields are shown in the Work item view, just drag them to the right to remove them from the "agent" screen.

Hi Chris,
These are system fields built into JSM. You probably will not be able to remove them. Is the Knowledge Base on the screen or a menu option on the left side? Can you share some screenshots?

I added screen shots to the description of the issue. What I don't understand is that other projects that I own don't display those fields (at least they don't display the knowledge base section). Not sure if this is because this is a Service Management type project but we have another Service Management project where the "knowledge base" doesn't display.
