Hi, so I need to remove a customer to prevent confusion. From my setting, anyone with my company domain can create an account on their own. However, I don't see any remove option on the customer page, and there's no customer list on the people page. Any idea how to remove the customer?

Hi @Christoper Darmawan ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

You must be a project administrator to remove customers from a service project.

To remove a customer from a service project:

  1. From your service project, go to Project settings > People.

  2. Find the customer you want to remove by searching for the customer or filter by Service Desk Customers under the Roles dropdown.

  3. Select Remove next to the customer. The above steps remove the customer’s access to the project however the customer stays visible under Customers for record-keeping purposes.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Mayur

Hi Mayur,

What I see on people is limited (pic 1), while I actually have a lot of customers. Is there any way to remove it from Customers page? To give more context, I actually want the ticket creator to be able to share their ticket with someone else (pic 2). So I want to make sure they don't pick the wrong person.
