Remove Find your work faster

Hi, We are using JIRA Service Desk 7.11.2, 

When ever i reload a page, a popup comment box appears near Search box like shown in picture( i have to click on OK,Got it to get rid, but it comes back when i reload).

Please help me with a solution to disable this.
