Situation:
Customer sends mail to Helpdesk Email -> creates a Ticket.
In this Ticket the whole Email-Signature is copied with massiv Text, Fotos of social Media Logos and Slogans/ News for XYZ.
This repeats with every Answer from Customer from Ticket-Email.
Solution:
Looking for a Opportunity automatically remove this "Spam", that important Informations in Ticket-Description/ -Answer. To avoid massiv scrolling.

Within the administrations settings, "Products", go to "Email requests and look at the feature "Hide email signatures in issues and portals"
You the option custom text detection and add the rules for that, this should help you out.
