Remove Approval and Deny option in Service Desk portal

Hello,

For a Service Desk project, 2 workflow status Approve and Deny are visible for users in the portal site. I want to remove those.

From project settings edit the workflow and click on the transitions for approve and deny uncheck the show on portal option.

Just checked now and I saw it is already unchecked. But the approve and deny transition option is coming in the portal.

Assuming the change was made latetly (to uncheck the option): did you make sure to >publish< the adapted workflow?

I have checked more and found that there was a use of workflow action using the ACTIONS FOR JIRA SERVICE DESK plugin. After I removed those 2 workflow action transition, it fixed.
