Hiya,
We currently use the Insight App within Jira Service Management and it will be no longer available as a standalone app from the end of March. If you are currently using Insight, what are you looking to move too?
Thanks
You have a couple of options. You could upgrade to JSM Premium plan which gives you access to the new Insight, or use one of the apps available on the Marketplace. We have evaluated Oomnitza previously, but decided to stay with Insight because it gives us more flexibility, and we use not just for assets.
Hey Alison,
We recently started using Amazon QuickSight for our Jira analytics. If your company is already using AWS then setting it up and billing is really easy and doesn't require anything technical. They also have a native Jira connection making it really easy to start interpreting data. There's a learning curve like all BI tools, but I've found it pretty easy to understand.
