Remote Issue Links

Hi,

In the old JIRA Issues view we were having remote links to and external test case management tool (Testlink). With the new view these remote links disappeared and the only place where you can find something related to them is in the Activity History where they appear as:

None -> This issue links to "TestLink - [ICIA-70/354 Queries, signatures, locks and track statuses will be distinguished by their identity] (Web Link)"

Basically there is the title present but not the link.

Note: web links can't be added anymore either with the new JIRA Issues view. One can only relate/link to Issues within JIRA and that's it

Could you please help me out, where are the links, was the feature removed?

@Raymond Ponoran, unsure if the links are accessible in the new view just yet. I would recommend you consider two things:

1. click your profile icon in bottom left and select "Give feedback"
2. turn off the new view - click profile icon > settings > disable Jira Labs 

I would also refer you to this page which you may wish to "Watch" - The new Jira Issue View. It will give you the latest updates on the new view.

Thanks for the answer! Hopefully it will be added back if they plan to have only the new view in place moving forward and one won't be able to switch to the old view anymore...
