Is there any way to download the complete database of all customers who have been registered in all projects?

Hi @Izaskun Ochoa

Within Atlassian Administration,

  1. go to the Apps section,
  2. option Platform Experiences
  3. option Sites
  4. choose your site and a new window opens
  5. option Customer Service Management
  6. option Portal Only customers, here you can export all customers within your instance,

Hello @Izaskun Ochoa

In Jira Service Management Cloud, you can export customer data, but it depends what you mean by “complete database across all projects”:

  1. If you just need a complete list of customers (site-wide), you can export the portal-only customers list to CSV (this gives you everyone registered as a portal customer).
  2. If you need customers + which service projects they belong to, there isn’t a single built-in “export all projects” button in the UI. The usual way is to use the JSM REST API and iterate through each service project (often via Organizations → Users) and then combine the results into one CSV.
