Please, I am new on Jira, and I am trying to créate a new Project.
Now I need to know how can I register a new client to he can register tickets and cases....
What must I do? I'm lost.
If the client is to be a customer Vs. an agent then simply go to the The project and click o. customers and add customer. Use their email to add them.
